Day 12: Twelve Drummers Drumming

Tonight, we received our last gift from the phantom gift-giver and found out the identity of this benevolent but mysterious person(s).

At a Christmas Eve dinner at my parents' house, a ding-dong-ditcher left this for Jordan and I, my grandparents, and my aunt, who were all at the dinner:

Ice cream drumsticks! The gift-giver turned out to be my family! We had our suspicions but couldn't be totally sure until they revealed themselves. It turns out that they all came down together almost every night to knock on our door, jump down the flight of stairs from the porch, and zoom away in their get-away car. Thank you Mom, Dad, and Christian, for all of the yummy treats and the fun anticipation we had as we waited for the knock every night!

Merry Christmas to everyone! Thank you for reading and keeping in touch. We love you all!

Such a clever idea. Beth told me this had Deon written all over it. ;) I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

I have had such a blast reading the updated 12 days of Christmas! I'm sorry they have to end! I did have a sneaky suspicion of who the phantom gift giver may have been! Tricky . . . tricky!

I also had my suspicions. How fun and exciting. I remember doing that as a kid to our neighbors. It was always so fun!
And your little Santa man is ADORABLE!!!
