It doesn't help the suspect's case that he is already wearing "prison stripes" in the incriminating photograph. Subconcious guilt, perhaps? My gut feeling tells me that the unknown suspect in the photograph is the real culprit; the baby suspect is truly and factually at the complete mercy of others when it comes to acquiring his own stash of baked goods. The judge has to realize that the wee suspect was quite innocent of absconding with the loot if for no other reason than the fact that the suspect's recent diaper deposits would certainly have contained the tell-tell evidence of a baby under the influence of chocolate. The defending attorney only need line up the suspect's used Huggies on the judge's desk, and this will be an open and shut case!

The defendant has no lawyer yet! You could step up and defend him, however, he can only pay you with smiles and coos.

If Baby Haug was in fact the culprit, I wouldn't blame him or judge him harshly, that cake does look good enough to steal!
