Adventures in Spit-Up

Wow, I just realized that my last post was the 100th post made on this blog. That's a lot of posting! Anyway, today I was playing with Kimball, too soon after he'd eaten it turns out. I held him high up in the air above my head, and out from his mouth pours spit-up, all over my face and hair. Yuk! Hardly any of it got on him. Thanks, Kimball.

And last night we took this video of Kimball. We were trying to get him to sing along with us, which he does often, but it turned into a spit-up episode instead. He didn't seem to mind in the least, little cutie. (And if this grosses you out, remember it was Jordan who encouraged me to post it!)

That is too funny that Jordan encouraged you to post that video. Randy only thinks I post about Addison when she is either sick or hurt (hence my last post).
I have a similar story about spit up. I was playing with Addison and holding her above my face when she spit up right into my mouth! I have two words for that: Unconditional Love!!!

The things parents put up with in the name of love! The video cracked me up--Kimball, of course, but also you two and how you were having so much fun laughing at, well, laughing WITH Kimball. So darling!

You know, don't you, that Kimball was actually laughing at you two?! Can you imagine his point of view? He's thinking, "Wow! I've already got these two wrapped around my little finger! What 'dufuses-or dufusses-or is it dufii?'! They laugh and smile at everything I do--even if it's disgusting! Wonder if they'll keep this up--even through my teenage years?"

And, of course, great-grandparents are now and always will be totally captured by him forever!

Love eternally,
