And now, Easter

I will let the videos and pictures do most of the talking for this post (heaven knows they took long enough to load).

We had a wonderful Easter this year. Kimball was such a delight. My friend Tina was with us for the week, and helped with the Easter egg dyeing. It was much more successful and controlled than I had expected. Kimball did great!

On Saturday, it was off to the community Easter egg hunt!

Tina and I made those crepe paper carrots that are on the table...35 of them! That doesn't sound like a lot, but they took a while.

Waiting to start the hunt!

Kimball and his cute friend.

Easter morning: a diaper-clad Kimball searches for the basket the Easter bunny hid in the middle of the night. He took a while falling asleep on Easter-eve, and when I went in to tell him to go to sleep, he asked "bunny come?" Not until you fall asleep, Kimball!

Sunday afternoon was spent absolutely wonderfully with cousins and loved ones in Laguna Hills. Both the food and they company were superb. We even got to Skype with the Utah clan! I forgot my camera, but did take a few pictures of the awesome egg hunt with my phone.

It looks like you guys had a great Easter. Kimball sure does look like he's having fun coloring those eggs and joining in on the other Easter festivities.

What a heap of fun you had! I love the egg dyeing videos, especially the one where you tell Kimball to be "soft" and not drop the egg, and then, oops! So darling!

I see that Kimball is still very much into hats as he seemed to love wearing his Easter basket, er, Easter bonnet on his head :D

You must agree, Kimball is the cutest little bunny ever!

I love this post. I've probably looked at it 20 times today alone. Thank you Ash for posting this. I am the luckiest husband and father.

Love you!

Kimball is so cute! I bet Easter is so much fun with a cute little kiddy around. You are such a fun mom--Dr. Seuss and earth day celebrations--that's awesome.
