It's voting time!

Jordan and I voted early today. We figured it would be quicker to vote this week than next Tuesday when everyone else is waiting in line. The whole thing took me only about 15 minutes. I was proud of us: we took the voting booklet we got in the mail and went through all the local candidates and amendment propositions, which are pretty boring to read through, and formed our decisions so we were prepared when it came time to vote. I always think voting is so exciting! It is such a privilege to be able to let our opinions count for something. We want everyone to get out and vote this year. We don't care who you vote for, just go and vote!

I agree with you- voting is exciting! I'm so proud of you and Jordan, not only for voting, but for being informed voters. That's so important!

I am driving down to Illinois to vote tomorrow, and I'm pretty darn excited. Hooray for democracy!

Good for you to vote early! I tried yesterday, but there was at least an hour wait. Christian and I were due somewhere so I couldn't wait it out. But I will vote!!!
