I'm sure this cool spell is going to be short lived, and that it will warm up again before autumn really arrives, but we have definitely been enjoying the last couple of days. It is so nice to take a break from the 90 degree plus heat and see a few awesome thunderstorms. By August I'm always a little tired of summer. I do hope the change will be gradual though. Not like last "spring", where we had a very chilly May and a very hot June.
Last night we had our first hot chocolates of the season. Yummy! Things I love about fall are hot chocolate and marshmallows of course, sweaters, socks, blankets, Halloween, that chill on your cheeks, colorful trees, bright blue skies, and the cozy feeling you get whenever you are inside and the chilly weather is out.

You always have been a "hot chocolate and sweater girl." Well, I'll try to be happy about the cool weather for your sake--because you know that I LOVE the summer hotness! What a beautiful picture of the vibrant blue sky and brilliant yellow leaves. Nice job!

I got together a box of baby boy clothes for you guys that were Logan's old clothes or stuff Judy gave me when Logan was born and I saved. I'll hopefully get it out this week, so keep an eye open for it. :) Katie
